'this guy really loves his marshmallows' 6 month old legend is being trained for an important mission that could save lives... 'we raise well trained service dogs for veterans with ptsd and mobility issues.'the puppy jake foundation in urbandale was founded in 20-13, relying solely on donations 'without donations from the public we cant run and with the average dog costing us 20,000 dollars we find it highly important to raise money.but no donation bigger than the announcement on thursday that donald trump made during a

'that in itself can give us 15 dogs which is almost half the dogs we currently have in our program.'while trumps decision to dodge the gop debate sparked controversy... 'is it good for me bad for me, will it get me more votes? nobody knows, who the hell knows.'for the foundation...accepting the donation from the republican front runner days before the iowa caucuses was not a political issue... 'we have people on both sides of the party lines in our group and all of us are just excitedthe only issue... was providing soldiers with a new life
because you can give back to a person who has been willing to give their life' the three hundred thousand dollar donation will be a little over half of the foundation's entire 2015 budget the help for veterans came at the expense of fox news... trump accused the network of not treating him fairly and skipped the debate. with trump out viewership fell to 12-point-5 million... the second lowest of the seven republican debates. 25-million people tuned in to august. new jersey governor chris christie says the other candidates are in for a surprise on caucus night... he made several stops today including this one burlington... the most recent n-b-c poll has him 30- points behing the front runner donald trump here in iowa. christie says he expects to be competitive on caucus night.. and today got a little help with his campaign. serious... his confidence may be lacking... christie... jeb bush... and john kasich won't be in iowa to hear the results on caucus night. instead they will be in new hampshire.. trying to get a jump start on the february ninth primary. like in iowa... all three are also down double digits in the polls to donald trump in new hampshire. senator bernie sanders says he can tell momentum is building by the size of the crowds at his events... 06 we were told it would be a small crowd here today, wrong again. instead of a small crowd.. sanders needed an overflow room for for all the supporters at his rally in fairfield... and it was more of the same in mount pleasant... massive crowds. during the event sanders defended his proposals for a single-payer health care system, free public college for all students, and higher taxes on the rich. sanders says the message is resonating...
presidential candidate :13based on available evidence today we are the stronger candidate. but something more important is out there. and it is that i believe that our campaign is generating the excitement and the interest for a large voter turnout. sanders says a win on caucus night depends on just that... a large voter turnout. the clinton campaign was able to cover twice as much ground today... former president bill clinton campaigned today in muscatine... his second stop of the day... while he worked the room there... hillary clinton did the same in des moines.. at grand view university she called for keeping and improving the affordable care act. she also brought a cancer patient on stage who she says now has insurance because of the act. it wasn't just domestic issues today.. clinton says she's also ready for any threats facing the country from overseas. "and when it comes to foreign policy and national security, i feel ready and prepared on the first day because when you walk into that white house as i know so well you don't know whats going to happen." as clinton touted her ability to keep the country safe... the
department announced top secret material was found on clinton's private email server. the state department says 22 emails from clinton's time as secretary of state will not be made public. that's because they all contained "top secret" information... the government's high classification level. the state department says none of the emails were identified as top secret at the time they were sent or received. the state department also says president obama was not involved in the controversy. to be clear, the emails between then-secretary clinton and president obama have not been determined to be classified." clinton has said her decision to use a private email server was a mistake. the candidates are starting to feel a little apprehensive with the caucuses now just three days away. but they aren't the only ones... the caucuses themselves can be a little intimidating for first-timers... bob buckley shows us what to expect. forget apple pie and baseball ... nothing is quite so american as the
"they're not elections. that is, people don't go to a polling booth, cast their vote and go away." "it's a conversation, a vote; another conversation, another vote." "that's what a caucus is: it's a political meeting that lasts an hour or two." if you're lucky. they have hundreds of these gatherings around the state on caucus night, in fellowship halls and gyms, and: "if i am the chair of the caucus, i will say, 'okay, we're going to have a show of hands on this first ballot. trump supporters go to that corner of the room. cruz supporters go over there, rubio supporters go over there, etc.' " and if any candidate doesn't get enough people quite literally, 'in their corner,' they are considered unviable and their supporters either go home ... or, they might get caught heading for the door as the obama campaign so smartly did, 8 years ago. "they had a plan for what happens after that first vote. and obama folks, in 2008,
caucus saying, 'if john edwards isn't viable after the first vote, here is what you say to john edwards supporters after that first vote to get them over to barack obama.' " iowans are encouraged to get to their caucus locations early... especially if you've made recent changes to your voter registration. that's because caucus rolls were already sent to the 32-hundred precinct chairs. any voter registration changes... or the names of new voters who registered since mid-december will not be reflected. anyone in that group will be required to fill out a new or duplicate voter registration form to participate in the caucus. 06:40:48 --06:41:03 'they key is to make sure you get there early so theres no surprises. much like anything else, people are gonna cut it short. come in running in at seven oclock so they can make it, and theyre going to have to do some changes at that point which will slow the process down.' the one thing voters shouldn't have to worry about on caucus night...

"can i have your driver's license please? proof of insurance." that's not what you want to hear just hours after getting a drivers license... after the break... the traffic stop... and why the teen's father responded like this... hahahahahahahah des moines police are searching
(phone ringing) (phone ringing) you can't deal with something by ignoring it . but that's how some presidential candidates seem to be dealing with social security. americans work hard and pay into it, so our next president needs a real plan to keep it strong. (elephant noise) (donkey noise)
hey candidates! answer the call already. car repairs, home improvements, a family trip... it's not easy to afford them. what did marco rubio do? he put $22,000 in personal expenses on a republican party credit card. rubio's bad judgment caused a scandal and for five years rubio refused to release the credit card records. marco rubio: skipping major votes... all over the place on immigration... bad judgment.

there are those who say we cannot defeat a corrupt political system and fix a rigged economy. but i believe we need to lift our vision above the obstacles in place and look to the american horizon. to a nation where every child can not only dream of going to college, but attend one. where quality healthcare will be a birthright of every citizen. where a good job is not a wish, but a reality. where women receive equal pay and a living wage is paid to all. an america where after a lifetime of labor, there is time for rest and grandchildren. a nation that defends our people and our values, but no longer carries so much of that burden alone. i know we can create that america if we listen to
our hearts. and that journey begins here in iowa. i'm bernie sanders. i approve this message,
